Laws in Vanchi city have been changed in the past few years to be more authoritarian. Although not officially, Mayor Pawan Chandra overseas the law making and enforcement while also having strong influence on the judiciary system of the city. For this purpose Vanchi is made to act as a separate entity from the larger Kunj state.
